Rhythm Athletics Full Drop-In
$60/month
For runners who want to be a part of a team and be able to join in-person workouts without day-to-day coaching
As part of the monthly membership, you will get the following:
Two group workouts per week:
The location of the workouts typically vary between High Park, Budapest Park, Coronation Park and Central Tech track.
Wednesday workout sessions are more speed-focused, while Saturday workout sessions are distance-focused, typically focusing on marathon- and half-marathon-specific training.
Disclaimer: Paces at workouts are typically tailored and suited for runners in the marathon finishing time range of 2:25 to 3:10.
Rhythm Athletics Coaching Plan
$170/month
For runners looking for a fully personalized and tailored weekly training program
As part of the monthly membership, you will get the following:
GOAL SETTING: We will discuss short and long-term goals in order to keep you focused, motivated, and accountable, while allowing us to set out an appropriate training plan.
TRAINING SCHEDULE: Workouts are provided in one-week blocks with a detailed description of the workout, including duration, intensity (pace/effort), and recovery.
COMMUNICATION: You will have unlimited communication with me on Final Surge or via text, as well as unlimited revision of your training program if needed.
RACE PLAN & ANALYSIS: A pre-race discussion detailing racing strategy, including goals, pacing, nutrition, mental focus, and a post-race analysis of how your race went to learn and grow from it moving forward.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: A GPS watch.
